Early Intensive Behavioural Intervention (EIBI)
-
Our EIBI program is a structured behavioural intervention designed for children under the age of six. It is grounded in the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and focuses on the development of critical skills through systematic, play-based teaching.
-
The program requires a minimum commitment of three sessions per week, with each session lasting between one and three hours. This intensive format is crucial for promoting consistent skill acquisition and generalization.
-
Our curriculum is individually tailored to each child's needs. We target a comprehensive range of developmental domains, including language and communication, social and play skills, self-help routines, pre-academic foundations, and both fine and gross motor skills. All teaching is conducted using engaging and motivating activities to ensure an effective and positive learning experience.
-
Sessions are conducted across various natural settings, including the home, preschool, daycare, and community environments. This approach ensures that newly learned skills are integrated and used effectively in the child's daily life.
-
For children who exhibit challenging behaviours, we implement customised positive behaviour support strategies. These strategies are developed to be both effective and practical for use across all environments, to foster adaptive behaviours and enhance the child's overall well-being.
